I cannot express how disorganized this group is. I had to continually follow up at each step of the process from initial home study, to the follow on doctor appointment, to the CPAP titration study in the lab to getting an actual CPAP machine! When I went to the lab the second time they had the orders mixed up and wanted to give me a sleep study without the CPAP! Then the machine they brought in was not cleaned properly which was disgusting. This place is terrible. Period.

NP Pulmonary, and, in particular, Dr. Mason, are to be avoided. We found Dr. Mason to be cold and uncommunicative. Example: She didn't say anything to Jerry about needing to be on oxygen while we were in the office. On the way home, we get a call from oxygen service wanting to deliver that day. There was also confusion over just when he needed oxygen, level, etc. Based on our experience over two years, they go out of their way to say "no" to even simple requests like faxing documents to participate in an Emory study.
