We have been carrying our '05 Volvo S40 T5 to North Point Volvo for service and have nothing but wonderful service. We spoke with Richard Ramey for over a week by email & phone about purchasing a vehicle.(we are extremely busy)He did everything to help us and never once felt like we were being forced into purchasing. He even pulled 3 up side by side so I could look at every detail. Plus I test drove the 3 and looked at 2 other brands. I could go on and on. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles to service & purchasing from them!

I purchased a used car from them about a month ago, and was assured that all cars go through an in depth many point inspection before being put on the lot. I bought it without a warranty, as the mileage on it was 79K, so got, what I thought was, a fair price. Man, was I wrong!! A month into owning the car, I have had to replace all 4 tires, check engine light came on due to faulty leak, Brake vaccuum pump is leaking oil, the brakes that north point put on the car were never lubricated AND, the front axle is shot. All tolled, I have put $4000.00 into this peice of crap they sold me. I could have bought a car with much lower mileage and newer for this price. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!

This vehicle, as with every vehicle we sell, was thoroughly inspected. When we were contacted about these issues, we offered to take a look at the vehicle with him present in order to verify any issues he may be having. At the time he had the vehicle at a competing dealership and refused to bring the vehicle to our establishment for reinspection, therefore we were never given the opportunity to right the situation. North Point values our customers and their experience is very important to us. We certainly would have stepped up to help, if in fact, we were given the chance.
Just got a service done at NorthPoint Volvo and it was absolutely great AS USUAL. I was met by my friendly service adviser, Frank Silva, at my car as I pulled into the service bay, and my car service began immediately. Frank, and my normal mechanic, Cisco, always treat me like a friend and they baby my '09 s80 and take superb care of it. They even have money-saving coupons on their website which saves me dollars. I can't say enough good stuff about my experience with NP Volvo and Frank & Cisco! They're the BEST and me and my Volvo thank them for always treating us so well. Thanks, NorthPoint! I was looking to trade my 2007 S40 which just hit 100000 miles. They not only gave me a fair trade, Brian was most helpful to meet my budget and work with me. I never felt hassled. This is my second purchase from Northpoint Volvo!! Easy carefree car shopping! And I will always own a Volvo!!! Especially from Northpoint.

Shopping for a vehicle can be difficult and stressful - not so here! It was a great experience from the moment we stepped on the lot to when I drove out with my dream car. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

First time Volvo owner and I am loving it. I purchased my Volvo XC60 from here about a month ago and I have never experienced such stellar service from a car dealership. No high pressure sales and the employees are very professional and attentive to each customer. The salesman who helped me, Leonard Lynn, made every effort to help me get the car I really wanted. Will definitely come back here to see Leonard for my next Volvo purchase.

This Volvo Dealership is fantastic. I have always had such a great experience with them. The sales reps are friendly and helpful and the service reps are friendly, efficient and accommodating!

First let me say I absolutely loathe the car-buying process (bad experiences). From researching to driving to look to dealing with salespeople to haggling, I can't stand it. So when our Civic died I did everything I could to avoid having to go through it. We ended up at NP Volvo because we found a used Accord on their lot and wanted a better look. We met Leonard Lynn, who totally changed our expectations of what a carsalesperson should be. It's hard to put into words how at-ease he made us feel, as opposed to getting jerked around like most of the others we had dealt with. He was simply honest throughout the process and treated us like we were buying a brand new Volvo even though we were buying a 10-year old Accord. We got exactly the deal we were looking for.

I have owned 4 different Volvos in my lifetime. I had almost decided to look at other brand vehicles due to not be able to find good service on my new Volvo in Atlanta---that is until I tried North Point's service department. The service department at North Point is hands down the best service of any Volvo dealership in the North Georgia area. With my new XC60, I had taken it to another large metro area service department for 2 years who would replace everything but never fix the noise when I turned the wheel to the right. Finally, I tried another dealership to fix the problem (North Point). They basically would not let the vehicle go until they found out what was wrong, which was not an easy task. AND, gave me a free loaner for this two weeks without me having to fight for it! I never really expected they would be able to identify the issue with the vehicle as the nosie had gone on for a long time. They even went to bat to get it covered until the warranty since it was origianlly reported while sitll under warranty. Frank and Mark went above and beyond to fix this noise with my car. I could not ask for a better service advisor and lead service techinician if I tried. The service manager here is definitely running a tight ship and is extremely focused on what I expect....service! Here's my advice: buy your new Volvo wherever you can get the best deal on the model and options you want. But after you buy it, let noone else service it but North Point Volvo!

I cannot say enough great things about Leonard Lynn and North Point Volvo! I purchased an S60 in December after requesting a quote online! Leonard Lynn is a consummate professional, he was very attentive and made sure all of my questions were answered. He made sure that all features were explained and set everything up for me before I hit the road! My car is amazing and the service was too!

Never thought I would be a Volvo driver for life, but the service and honesty you get from North Point Volvo keeps bringing me back. Jaclyn Allen recently assisted me in picking out my beautiful new S80. Jaclyn is very professional and certainly knows her cars and I mean she knows the mechanics behind them. She also made sure this car was in perfect condition for me. Absolutely no pressure and buying is fast and painless. I can sincerely recommend North Point Volvo.

I have purchased many vehicles on a personal and professinal level. Brian Mathew and everyone in volved in my latest purchase is the Best I have delt with. Integerity and honesty are RARE in the car business. This is why the first place I will always go back to is North Point Volvo even though I live 1.5 hours from the dealership. Brian Matthews was very helpful when I purchased my new Volvo. He's a real person who cuts to the chase. Willing to work to show you all cars available. Honest and fast.
