Cab wouldn't come out for us. They don't accept placenames (major landmarks) and intersections--only specific street address, which may not always be readily available. In addition, the dispatcher was incredibly impatient and rude--not the sort of "customer first" attitude I expect. She could have nicely explained the issue or even offered to help me find the addr. I expect a cab service to know the city in which they operate. Go to NY and ask for "Lincoln Center" and they're not going to ask you where it is. These folks don't deserve your business.

I called these folks on Thanksgiving for a 5 a.m. ride - the driver showed up in under 5 minutes, took me directly to the train station quickly and efficiently. (Another cab company took a more meandering route just to rack up a couple extra bucks on the fare - totally put me over the edge.) Also, the driver was listening to NPR - a nice perk.

I use Buckhead Safety Cab all the time to get back and forth between my home and Hartsfield. I usually call the night before and can always count on the the driver to arrive a few minutes before my pick-up time. The drivers are a friendly lot and they always are happy to accept a credit card - including AMEX. Cabs are generally clean and spacious. I have used them upwards of 30 times and have no reason to use anyone else.
