I took my cat to this vet for some blood work and a check up. When my cat was given back to me she had blood all over her front paw and bruising from them trying to get the vein and failing a few times. She was shaky and seemed frightened. The people here seem to not really know what they are doing. The vet was not listening to me and seemed to rush me when I spoke and talked over me. It wasn't even busy either. I was the only one there. When I caught a glimpse of the back when they opened the door to bring her out, it looked filthy. There was water everywhere and the cages looked rusty and old. This place needs some serious updating. I also found out from a friend that most of the people working here are not even licensed vet techs! They are in training and have only been doing this for a few weeks or months! No wonder they couldn't find her vein. Keep in mind Veterinary Techs without a license should not be practicing tech work or doing anything invasive without a license. I should report them! It's like a doctor working without one or a teacher teaching in a high school without any education or licenses. Also when I called the office manager to complain she was very rude and rushed me off the phone and told me I don't know how it really works there. Please save your pets from these butchers who don't even have licenses and go elsewhere!
