Horrible landlord. Does not share their end of the responsibility. They give you outdated tenant agreements outlining what one would have to do, and which services are your responsibility. They then have utility companies send all bills to their location directly, withholding the bills from the tenant. Months after moving out of their locations, they then sue the tenant for deliquent bill payments even though they were the ones not sending the bills to the tenant, even though their agreement states "we will handle billing". Also their homes have outdated equipment (20+ years old), the windows leak air, and the landlord will not send out anyone to repair them. Air conditioner units in their town homes are way to small and inefficient. I'm an average utility user, and I was paying almost $600 a month in electric, gas, and water bills for a small 900sq/ft town home. If you need servicing in your home, the individuals at their office speak down to you as if you had an IQ of 10. They look for any reason not to address your issues, and will always direct blame to you, especially if it's an issue on their end, like if the shower loses pressure, light fixture stops working etc. Move in conditions were horrible, walls were full of holes from previous tenants, carpets were dirty.
