Northern Pacific Exteriors

Northern Pacific Exteriors installed my new metal roof and color-matched screened gutters in April 2012. From roof estimate to final day of install, and beyond, they were professional, courteous, informative, and skilled. Even during the install, everyone was friendly and answered all my questions immediately and fully. This was my first time buying a roof (and gutters) and the owner, Kasim, made it easy and fun! Every interaction with every employee was wonderful, they cleaned up their worksite each night, and the result is so beautiful that I smile every time I come home! In fact, this experience was so fabulous I almost wish I had another house that needed a roof!
I WILL be using Northern Pacific Exteriors again for my window and siding needs, as well, and I have been recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you NPE for making my house the talk of the town (literally) and for going the extra mile, every time, to ensure the experience was so enjoyable.

From the first phone call to the end, I had the best service ever. They treated me as if I was a priority. They got it done efficiently and quickly. They were very courteous. They never left a mess. Everyone was personable and professional. The owners checked in on the job frequently. I would recommend them to anybody and I love my roof!

Customer Service was excellent from the time of the original meeting for quote through the completion of the job. The workers were very professional, courteous and on time. Very impressed with all aspects of this job and the cleanup was great. We chose the metal roof and are extremely happy with the appearance. It is the best looking metal roof in our neighborhood and would use and recommend Northern Pacific Exteriors for any future needs.
