NAS is a residential and small-commercial appraiser, with clients including some of the metro area's largest residential lenders, various savings and loan institutions, attorneys, tax professionals, Realtors, investors and relocation firms.
NAS is experienced in single-family residences up to $25,000,000 (including historic homes), condominiums, multi-family properties, vacant land and assemblages.
Owner Marilyn Johnston, a former RM and SRA member of The Appraisal Institute, is qualified as an expert witness in DeKalb County Superior Court, a former instructor in Residential Appraisal at Atlanta Area Tech (Tuxedo Center), and a certified paralegal specializing in real estate.
