Trustworthy Company, 7/10/2014

We've been using these guys for 15 years. Always on time, reliable and fix problems fast. David & Ryan just fixed my leaks for less than $200. Fantastic service.

***CONSUMER ALERT!!!*** BIGGEST CROOK IN PLUMBING, 10/15/2012

Northlake plumbing is probably the worst company I could have called out to my house. I called them out to un stop a drain and they tried to charge me $780.00 plus a $125.00 just for coming out! I... went to Southern Pipe in Lilburn and got an auger for $30.00 and did myself. Even the plumbing store said he was bad news and never paid his bills. Said he owed everyone money and would not pay. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy!

So-So

Quoted ETA of 11am-noon, arrived ~ 1:15pm, no phone call or reason as to why late. Job was to replace outside faucet. Quote over phone $150-$175. Job took 20-30 mins. After seeing what was done, I felt $125 MAX. would have been a more reasonable price for soldering copper pipe. Naturally the price was $175.

Good but have some fine tuning to do

I recommended them for my neighbors and it took a long time for her to even reach them to come over. This was a little dissappointing since I recommended them. The last time they were out at my house they did a good job though. The first two times they were out, I noticed discrepancies in the bill which I hope they have figured out within their own system.

Fast service at a Decent Rate

I had a toilet stop working and they were able to come out the same day. It was a quick fix. They replace a couple parts in the toilet in about 30min for $160. Thanks

Good guys

I used these guys summer 2007 when we were finishing off our basement. Whenever we had issues with anything, they addressed them immediately. My only complaint was the bathroom wasn't left ready for inspection by the county -simple as filling the tub with water. But they paid the re-inspection fee issued by the county without any issues.

Installed my water heater, I would recommend

These folks are fantastic....I have a strange situation in my house - it was built with a very small closet to surround the water heater. As a result, a lot of plumbing and valves are in the way, so not just anyone can handle the job. I called one company (I will review them too) and the tech quoted $1,186. Northlake did it beautifully and fantastically with a Rheem 40 gallon unit for $985 - including the expansion unit and getting it all up to Code. That's a $201 difference! It's not all about price though...they were really nice, explained all my options very well, and were able to come out and take care of it the same day! They know their stuff and were not put off by a challenging situation. I would hire them again.
