Quoted ETA of 11am-noon, arrived ~ 1:15pm, no phone call or reason as to why late. Job was to replace outside faucet. Quote over phone $150-$175. Job took 20-30 mins. After seeing what was done, I felt $125 MAX. would have been a more reasonable price for soldering copper pipe. Naturally the price was $175.

I recommended them for my neighbors and it took a long time for her to even reach them to come over. This was a little dissappointing since I recommended them. The last time they were out at my house they did a good job though. The first two times they were out, I noticed discrepancies in the bill which I hope they have figured out within their own system.

I had a toilet stop working and they were able to come out the same day. It was a quick fix. They replace a couple parts in the toilet in about 30min for $160.

I can not say enough about this company, they stand by what they do. And do an excellent job, that have gotten me out of hot water many a times.
50 year old house.

I used these guys summer 2007 when we were finishing off our basement. Whenever we had issues with anything, they addressed them immediately. My only complaint was the bathroom wasn't left ready for inspection by the county -simple as filling the tub with water. But they paid the re-inspection fee issued by the county without any issues.
