To make a long story short, I had a cat treated with iv therapy at this facility. I checked on him daily for three days and he was doing great.(so they said). I pay them their three hundred dollar charge on a friday before they close and proceed to pick up my cat. All the sudden, I am told he is breathing heavily and they need xrays. When I tell them my funds are exhausted, she proceeds to tell me to take him home that it is probably stress. My cat suffered for eight hours and died a horrible death that night. I had no place to take him and had to sit and watch this. Come to find out, my cat had congestive heart failure due to fluid build up around the lungs and the heart. This is a complication from poor iv therapy. Needless to say, when I call to tell them this they have a million excuses and tell me that it was an underlying condition. Mind you, my cat has been fine all his life and has been treated by a vet regularly. Had this company done the right thing and tell me he needs to be euthanized the day I picked him up, I would not be so upset. Instead, they suck you dry and your left with a worse off animal than what you started with. I guess a paycheck is more important to them than doing what is best.

I took my cat to them for a check up because he had been vomiting. They said he needed fluid therapy for three days. I checked on him daily and they said he was doing well. I go to pick him up and pay my three hundred dollar charge. My so called well cat was all the sudden ill again and needed xrays. I told them my funds were exhausted. They said to take him home that he was probably just under stress. I take him home only to watch him suffer and die. Come to find out, he died from complications of iv therapy. The iv therapy caused congestive heart failure building fluid up in his lungs and around his heart. Mind you, this was a weekend and there was nowhere to take him. They killed my cat and are still trying to make excuses! They say there was an underlying issue. There was no underlying issue with my cat as I took care of him and he was treated a vets all his life. They are out for the money and have no compassion for your animal. If they had cared at all they would have euthanized my cat and not allowed him to come home in that condition.

We currently have 3 large dogs that they take very good care of. We are probably a pain as we ask so many questions but they dont care. They also took care of euthanizing our 2 Goldens very delicately and with great class!
