This was the worst car buying experience my wife and I have experienced. I would have expected an overaggressive sales force, but never a complete lack of service. The sales department set us up with a "VIP" experience when I explained we had limited time with a 3 week old baby we were bringing with us. When we arrived, the cars we were looking for weren't even at the dealership and the salesperson wouldn't give us the time of day. We left and went to another dealer in the area and bought a car that day. Dyer Volvo has a much friendlier staff and buying experience in the Atlanta area.

I most recently purchased a Volvo S80 from Northpoint Volvo. My sales consultant Brian Matthew was most professional, knowledgeable, and provided me with information that helped me with my final decision to buy. I'm VERY skeptical of car dealerships - we all know the stereotypes. North Point Volvo is a total exception. I bought a 2004 V70XC Wagon from a lovely gentleman named Tom Karwoski. After negotiation, I was given a bottom-line, drive-out price, which was never altered - I paid exactly what I expected. I called Tom a couple of days after and asked for a copy of all the service recordsmy car from it's pre-sale inspection & shape-up. The dealership had done a oil change, and installed all new battery, struts and brake pads, just beforing putting it on the lot. Tom didn't even mention this when selling the car to me - it was just a happy accident I found out after I bought the car ( & later confirmed this with my mechanic that this was all done). The entire transaction was a pleasure. This is not your average shim-sham dealership.

I recently purchased a new Volvo XC60 from Northpoint Volvo and had a great experience. My salesperson was Vladimir Jaksic. He was very patient and customer service focused, I did not once feel pressured to make a decision until I was comfortable. When I was ready to buy, Vladimir worked with me to create a deal that I was comfortable with. Once we settled on a price, the paperwork was quick and easy and I was out of there in no time. I would definitely recommend that you ask for Vladimir if you visit Northpoint Volvo. He will take care of you. Also, I LOVE my new Volvo. I never thought I would end up with a Volvo. I'm younger and I always thought of Volvo as a brand for older people concerned about safety, but I chose my Volvo even after test driving some of the other more luxury brands like BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. The XC60 is a fun SUV to drive and you get a lot of luxury and comfort for the price. I would highly recommend Volvo as a brand to everyone I know! And all the safety features that Volvo has actually pays off. My car insurance is lower on my new car than it was on my other car that was over 10 years old!

On a drive through Brian Matthew engaged us with a no nonsense professional discussion that caused my son and I to get out of our car and talk about what was on the lot. We had a comfortable dialog, left, conversed over the phone came back and bought a XC90 from North Point Volvo. The delivery was quick but not rushed the car was clean and trouble free. The paperwork took only 10 minutes. We are pleased and telling folks.

I've been looking for a Volvo to replace my 2000 Volvo S70 and because I purchased my S70 used at Northpoint and the experience was wonderful, I returned there to buy a replacement vehicle. I met with Ross Blaising and could not have been happier with his knowledge, honesty, responsiveness, demeanor and professionalism. Northpoint is a wonderful car dealership, and I'm looking forward to using Northpoint for service on my new XC60.

Found the dealership while searching on line, looking specifically for Volvo. The sales manager responded to my internet inquiry within minutes. Upon arrival to dealership, was met by Ross Blaising, who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable...purchased a black S80 pre-owned vehicle the same day because I was impressed with Ross and everyone I came in contact with at North Point Volvo. The service I have received from Northpoint Volvo has been excellent. The staff is helpful and friendly and take the time to answer my questions. They make having my car serviced easy and painless. I highly recommend taking your Volvo here for any work you need to have done.

My recent experience at North Point Volvo was just great. My warranty repair work required 4 days so was given a fun 2011 loaner to drive and Shelby called me daily to report on the progress on the car. Everyone in the service department was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. What could have been an unpleasant situation turned out to be a totally positive one thanks to North Point Volvo's desire for excellence.

As our first experience with a premium brand dealer, North Point Volvo has been great. The facilities are bright, clean, and modern and the staff is courteous and helpful. I purchased our Volvo used somewhere else, with remaining factory warranty. NP Volvo has been very generous in covering issues even though they were mainly cosmetic. They also never hesitate to give you a loaner car and that proved to be very convenient. Overall they made us believe in the overall value of purchasing a Volvo vehicle.
