I came in for a simple inspection, but apparently they cannot be bothered during their lunch hour! I was treated poorly and will not be going back there or recommending them to anyone else. They need to realize this is not a small town anymore and people do run errands on their lunch breaks. Simply staggering lunch breaks would allow for customers to be served.

I took my vehicle to them upon a recommendation first thing in the morning. I didn't hear from them till that evening. I did not receive my vehicle for 3 days, upon which I was charged 600 dollars. Upon driving it home, it was not fixed at all, and had to be taken back. I talked to another mechanic while they were looking at my car, and as they told me it could be high dollar things, I suggested what it was suggested to me. ""hold on,"" they said,"" my mechanic is calling me. I'll call you right back."" called back,"" yeah my mechanic found that it is "" They then had the audacity to charge me another 275 dollars more for a mistake they had done in the first place! when confronted, they told me that they could take it out, and I can get someone else to do the work! This is just a big rip off scam. Wish there was a mechanic that was honest and fair. This is definitely not one of them.

Don't let the shop fool you. These guys gave me one of the best price quotes and did a great job on changing the pads and rotors for my 5 series. I will definitely be going back if I have further issues. They even gave me a follow up call as I supplied my own parts, and when they found out I needed to change the brake pad wear sensor, they had me bring it back in and changed it out for me at no additional cost.
