Used this company several times, and always have been impressed by their staff and work ethic. Never a mess, and always cleans up not only gutters but driveways are blown clean and any debris is removed. Always feel that I have been given the best, and the Job is always done to my satisfaction. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Called 4 weeks ago to schedule gutter cleaning. Promised within 2 weeks. Two calls later (1 at 3 wks, another at 4 wks)and still a no show. Called today to cancel after a no show again yesterday. Immediately upon canceling, received a call-back from a manager stating that I was on the list for today. I still cancelled. Other companies with better scheduling need my buisness more than this one.

I appreciate the input but the time frame and conditions of service are incorrect. He's stretching the truth a bit. If he hadn't canceled he would have been taken care on time as agreed, within 1-3 weeks on a Friday. The last time he called was in 2000 when he scheduled several gutter companys to do the same job with the intent of canceling every one after the first guy showed up. He called and canceled when we had him scheduled. We were willing to work for him again this year despite his angry calls and poor track record.
Great job. Showed up on time. Cleaned up all debris from gutters and roof and then blew off the driveway. Agreed to come back for follow up after leaves finish falling. Friendly folks. Great price.

Repeat customer going elsewhere. 3 weeks to bother showing up. Got on roof with a leaf blower for 10 minutes and blew wet clumps of smelly leaves ALL OVER THE RECENTLY LANDSCAPED LAWN. Eventually came by and cleaned about 1/2. Same issue at other house. Prepaid both jobs on cc and got a nasty "I'll send you to a collection agency" call several months later by Charles about "outstanding bill" on a PREPAID job. Charles unconcerned about customer service and instead, quoted how many jobs per week they do when confronted with their declining service. You've been warned...

1. We do not accept advance credit card payments. 2. Today I have been calling on delinquent accounts 60+ days past due giving them one last opportunity to communicate with us before sending them to an outside collection agency. 3. We hand clean messy gutters and gutters above landscaped areas to eliminate messes. 4. We are the 2009 & 2010 Consumer Choice Award recipient. Customer service and keeping the water out is paramount. Volume is farther down the list after quality personnel. Ms. FSUFan answering your phone and explaining why you have not paid your bill would have been a lot easier than leaving a sour grape review and being pursued by a collection agency. You have the ability to control what happens next just call before the close of business Monday. No hard feelings times are tough for everyone let's work something out that works for both of us.
