Call Today to Make an Appointment!
I am not new to Northside Pediatrics, currently child number four was seeing them until today. If it weren't for Sarah Dorsey, we would have been gone YEARS ago. But, unfortunately for this practice, Sarah was off today. After the doctor rushed in and out, my child was sent to the lab where she was manhandled by the swab of an unsympathetic, and unpersonable lab tech only to be sent home without the care that I went there to receive to begin with. Never again. Parents beware and steer clear of this practice.

Today was the 3rd time I waited almost an hour. I decided to walk out and will probably switch practices. The staff is fine, but expect to wait as the place is poorly organized.

My children see Dr. Hardin at this practice and we love her. As as nervous parent, she is patient and answers our questions. She also doesn't leave you waiting long which is nice with sick kids. We have seen almost all the other doctors here and have been very impressed with them as well. the nurses are awesome as well. Always friendly and gentle with my kids. Trust them 100%.

I have had several issues in dealing with the office staff and some nurses. The level of incompetency at this practice is unparalleled in my many years of experience in working in and dealing with medical practices. They do not work with the parents and are soley business oriented. Some of the doctors are just okay, but the only reason why we put up with this practice was to see Sara Dorsey, who is the only nurse practitioner. I've had enough in dealing with the idiocy and am searching for a new peds office as we speak.

Our son is only 7 months old and has been here MANY times. I don't blame them for his sickness- yet it always takes multiple visits to address a single concern. They are quick to draw blood and seem to work like a factory. Everything is so unpersonal and systematic. While all the doctor's have been nice, there is no personal attention. We recently had our son there 2 days in a row (for the same issue, mind you) and the 2nd day the doctor had NO CLUE that we had been there the day before. Unacceptable. We will be changing pediatric offices ASAP.

I went there as a child and now I take my child there. This is a wonderful practice and all of the doctors are great and very knowledgeable. I recommend Northside Pediatrics to all of my friends with children.

If you are looking for a pediatrician, I highly recommend you check out this practice. We have 6 children, several of which have significant medical needs. I am so thankful for a staff of pediatricians, nurse practitioners, nurses, etc that are knowledgable and caring. We primarily see Dr. Hardin who we love, she is incredible. She listens to me and goes over each concern thoroughly. We have seen almost every doc and NP in the practice and have loved all of them. We have never experienced long wait times, we are always in and out very quickly! The staff is always eager to help entertain my brood with bubbles, stickers or coloring! So thankful for this amazing practice!

Thank you Northside for taking care of my kids since 1999. We have always received the best of care! Dr. Amy has partnered with me in the care of both of my kids, especially my son with Down syndrome. He loves all of the staff, even the ones who give him shots!! We drive quite a distance, but Northside is worth it.
I can say that we have been patients of Northside Pediatrics for GENERATIONS! I took my first four children there and now our two children who we recently adopted AND my grandchildren go there as well. We are multi-generational patients and we love everything about them. I honestly believe they have the BEST docs in Georgia!
I wanted to share how truly blessed my family is for having Northside Pediatrics take care of our children. Four kids with rare genetic disorders, Mom with lung cancer. The docs and the staff have cared for and truly loved our children for 13+ years. I don't know what we would ever do without them as part of our family! All the doctors, nurses, lab, front office, etc have blessed us with nothing but respect and love. Thank you NSP!!
This is a very large pediatrics' mill. Be prepared for long wait times and not very friendly staff. When I had my first daughter I took her for her newborn check up. We were struggling with breastfeeding and when I asked them for a lactation consultant the doctor had no one to recommend to me. This is not acceptable from a pediatrician. Forget about having any autonomy over making decisions regarding vaccinating YOUR child. You either vaccinate your child by the schedule or you are kicked out of their mill, I mean practice. Doctors are there to inform and educate, not to make unilateral decisions regarding the health of MY child. See ya!

My son is 3 and has been a patient of Dr. Hardin's since birth. We also really like Sarah, Dr. Marcus and Dr. Green, they are wonderful. They are patient with my inquiries (there are a lot) and always respond timely to messages left for them. I have never been in the office for more than about an hour at a time and usually it is not even that long. The only complaint that I would have is the time in the room with the Dr.'s, particularly (Hardin). They do seem to be counting down until they have to leave and often I am asking questions as they are walking out the door. But if I have questions after the visit they always get back to me the same day.

We have been taking our two kids to Northside since 2008. We are quite pleased with the care our children have received (now 2 and 1 year olds). We especially like Dr. Hardin, Dr Hill and Dr. Green. They listen to our concerns and don't take them lightly. Sometimes the wait time is a bit long at times, but every time we have called on a particular morning with a sick child, they are always able to get us in typically the same day. They are also getting a new Dr (Dr. Salmon) from Childrens Healthcare who will only add value to their practice.

Great Pediatricians! I love all of the doctors and nurse practitioners. Their new office is great! I appreciate the time they spend listening to me and my daughters. I always leave feeling confident that I received the best care for my children.

I love the doctors and the staff, the nurses are great! I am always seen in a timely manner and they wasted no time at all getting us referred out to ent and to the cardiac dr. They make my daughter and I feel right at home. m. wright
