Northside Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine PC

My children see Dr. Hardin at this practice and we love her. As as nervous parent, she is patient and answers our questions. She also doesn't leave you waiting long which is nice with sick kids. We have seen almost all the other doctors here and have been very impressed with them as well. the nurses are awesome as well. Always friendly and gentle with my kids. Trust them 100%.

I have had several issues in dealing with the office staff and some nurses. The level of incompetency at this practice is unparalleled in my many years of experience in working in and dealing with medical practices. They do not work with the parents and are soley business oriented. Some of the doctors are just okay, but the only reason why we put up with this practice was to see Sara Dorsey, who is the only nurse practitioner. I've had enough in dealing with the idiocy and am searching for a new peds office as we speak.

Our son is only 7 months old and has been here MANY times. I don't blame them for his sickness- yet it always takes multiple visits to address a single concern. They are quick to draw blood and seem to work like a factory. Everything is so unpersonal and systematic. While all the doctor's have been nice, there is no personal attention. We recently had our son there 2 days in a row (for the same issue, mind you) and the 2nd day the doctor had NO CLUE that we had been there the day before. Unacceptable. We will be changing pediatric offices ASAP.

I went there as a child and now I take my child there. This is a wonderful practice and all of the doctors are great and very knowledgeable. I recommend Northside Pediatrics to all of my friends with children.

I wanted to share how truly blessed my family is for having Northside Pediatrics take care of our children. Four kids with rare genetic disorders, Mom with lung cancer. The docs and the staff have cared for and truly loved our children for 13+ years. I don't know what we would ever do without them as part of our family! All the doctors, nurses, lab, front office, etc have blessed us with nothing but respect and love. Thank you NSP!!
