I have been a customer of NW for a cpl of years. Overall throughout the years, I have never experienced the warmth and 'going beyond' type of service that you'd hope to find especially at a smaller practice. However, the most recent experience was simply horrible and unacceptable. Be very cautious and wary when it comes to exchanging lenses in your already existing frames. NW broke one earpiece in my $500 frames and assumed completely no responsibility. The manager Mike was rude and brushed me off with an indifferent 'sorry' and pointed out their supposed sign how NW assumes no responsiblity when handling frames not purchased at their location. Despite the fact that I was a longer-term customer NW offered completely no discount or any type of consolation due to the damage. The customer service was truly non-existent. I'd be very careful with this place as it simply does not value the customer when an issue arises. The treatment I received was highly disappointing.
