This guy was rude, had me help him with his inspection of my washer, put some Vaseline on a spring and charged $203.65. I wasn't informed in advance that he wouldn't take a credit card, and when I asked for a written estimate for a permanent fix he refused, saying he doesn't give written estimates, and would not guarantee his work. Stay away from this company !!!

I have been a customer of NW Home Appliance for six years. The service has always been excellent and timely (same or next day). The technician is knowledgeable and friendly and the cost fair. I recommend them to anyone who needs appliance service.

The technician from Northwest Home Appliance in Bothell replaced the compressor start relay in our refrigerator and informed us that it would keep the refrigerator working for 1 to 2 more years. But it died after 30 days! From their invoice, it indicates that they guarantee their work within 90 days, but they don't! I called them back to re-evaluate their initial findings and they want to charge me again! No way! They gave me a big headache instead of helping me with my problem! I advice everyone to stay away from this company! No customer service etiquette whatsoever and very expensive!
