I had the same experience as most. I ordered two tables and they never shipped. I could not communicate with anyone there. No one would return my calls or answer my emails. I could not cancel my order online even though it has that option. Once they have your credit card info they have six months to charge your credit card. Don't make the same mistake we did.

placed an order, never came, wrote and called notjustmirrors.com several times, they never answered. Had to dispute my credit card company to get the charges reversed. This is not a reputable company...avoid like the plague!

I placed my order and all went well at first; I received a confirmation via email and the funds were withdrawn from my bank account. Then a week later the funds were returned. I called them and asked why, the woman told me she wasn't sure and asked to call me back. Two days had gone by and no return call so I called again, this time a recording came on and I left a message and then a few days later I sent an email. No one called me back or replied to my email. Finally I called multiple times in one day each time my call was sent to a recording finally after the 10th call someone did answer and she told me my item had been on backorder but was set to ship the following Monday (it was Friday), I asked her if I would receive an email confirming the shipment and she said I would. Monday came and went and nothing, on Wednesday I called back and again was sent to a recording! I became angry, I emailed them and demanded they cancel my order and within 24 hours they cancelled my order, how quick they were to cancel my order . . .!!

We've had numerous problems with this company. First, we only received 1 items out of 2 that we ordered and had to call several times to get them to ship the remaining item. It took an angry email to make that happen. Then, since it happened so late, we had to return the item, which was another huge problem, and it took another angry email to get a return number. Now, we have shipped the item back, but still have not received the money back. God knows if and when that's going to happen. These people are hard to get a hold of, and generally do not return phone messages or emails. I have never encountered such poor business quality. Their return policy is really bad too. Do not shop there.
