Worst dental practice ever, 11/06/2010

This dental group is a joke. The first dentist to see me, missed a broken filling. While getting a root canal, another dentist argued with her assistant. The same dentist also relied on her assistant... for advice on how to complete the procedure. I could hear the office staff gossiping and complaining the entire time. They took between 3-4 X-rays during the procedure (A LOT of radiation). They took my crown without telling me and left me with a temporary. They refused to give me nitrous oxide (no license for it evidently) and refused to prescribe medicine for the pain of my infected teeth. I was told to visit the ER if necessary - a cost of thousands to the state vs. 10$ for medication prescription. They've recently sent me a letter stating they no longer wish to provide services to me. They still have my crown! DO NOT see this group of dentists. Yes, they can see a new patient quickly. This is only because they have no existing patients (everyone leaves) !!
