Day before my bday and I had a check engine light on. Went to a different, well reviewed auto mechanic who told me I needed a new ECM, transmission flush, 3 days to fix it. Came here for a 2nd opinion. Unlike the other place, they did require about $47 diag fee - but it would be refunded if I did the work there. Go for it said I. To cut to the chase, there was a recall on that part that I wasn't aware of and they sent me to Toyota where it was fixed in 1 hour for free. That was the best $47 diag fee I've ever paid for, and they have a new customer for life now. The place doesn't look like much frankly, but the building doesn't fix cars either. These guys are honest and, should I have a repair needed that costs $1000 there, I'd feel confident that I NEED that repair and that $1000 was a good price. Part was replaced, inspection passed, tag renewed and I'm one HAPPY CAMPER! Thanks again NTW! You'll see me again (but not too soon I hope)!

I love this auto shop. After having issues with my old mechanic I found this one had good reviews online. I've been hooked ever since. They have found problems that other mechanics couldn't find, they will show me the problem in their shop so that I can see the issue for myself, they have stayed late and come in on a Saturday. One time I came in ready to pay for a noise my fan was making. They said that the fan would last another couple of years and as long as I could put up with the noise, it wasn't necessary to fix it. I couldn't believe that they were telling me not to pay to fix something. It's just a small business and the waiting room is not much to look at but they provide quality service. I've never had to take my car back to redo anything; they've always gotten it right the first time. I love this shop.
