Jane represented me in my custody battle with my ex. My ex tried to play a trick on the court and us and moved out of state without notice taking my child. Because of Jane I now have custody of my child. Jane is a great attorney!

Ms. Nunnelley represented me with my recent horrific divorce. She was right by my side throughout this entire journey. There were many hills to climb, but she remained steadfast and keen to any obstacle that crept up. She is an exceptional attorney and a Drill Sergeant in the courtroom. Her attention to detail and swift outlook on my case made it impossible for untruths in the courtroom be heard. Her keenness marked a sad day for the other side. Not only is Ms. Nunnelley a brilliant attorney, she is a wonderful woman, and I am glad she represented me.

Ms. Nunnelley was wonderful in walking me thru the steps of my divorce. It was probably the hardest time of my life but with patience and understanding we made it thru it. I learned what I was entitled to and how to stand up for myself. The divorce hit a snag when my now ex=husband couldn't be located or didn't want to be served. Thru her diligence and dedicated it went thru without a hitch. I would recommend Ms. Nunnelley to any and everyone. I was able to reach her any time of the day or night and never once felt like I was bothering her. From the other comment from her previous client I can only say... are you sure you are talking about the right Elizabeth Jane Nunnelley, for I never saw not one failure or attempt to sabatoge my divorce. Thank you Janet Epperson

Jane Nunnelley talked about diligent and thorough representation but couldn't follow through! The emotional trauma of my divorce was hard enough without her lack of preparation. I was told by Jane that we were to go to court to schedule another mediation and to ask for separate maintaince. On that day I arrived, I learned after 20 min that this wasn't what she had prepared me for. This was the final divorce trial. She lied to me and to the court by not admitting that she was not prepared. Her lack of representation really hurt my case. My now ex-husband and I had a great deal of assets and I had a lot to lose. I fired her and hired other council. Although she lied to me and the court, she did admit to my new lawyer that she wasn't prepared. If she had admitted it to the court I would have been granted a new trial. Instead my new attorney had to finish where Jane left off. I was informed at trial that the opposing council had stated that if I kept Jane I would have ended up in a cardboard box. My new attorney had told me after she had spoke with Jane that I had a strong case for legal malpractice. Your attorney should be your advocate and that she was not!! I am writing this because I don' want this to happen to anyone else!!!
