Absolutely Horrific Experience, 9/10/2015

I signed my daughter up for NW Gymnasts at her daycare. I was told by one of the daycare staff members that the training was not something they would pay for or put their child in. This staff... member took a picture of the "class" and it showed the "instructor" Julie sitting on the sideline and instructing the children verbally to do gymnastics skills. As a former gymnast of 12 years, this is not how you teach gymnastics. You physically demonstrate the skill and do not sit on the sideline for a child to injure themselves. This was addressed and my daughter loved the class so I continued with it. My daughter then switched childcare facilities and I called Julie to get a refund for the month she did not attend. Julie proceeded to tell me that, although she adores my daughter, she is glad to be losing me as customer, that I am a terrible person, and my daughter deserves a better mother. I am absolutely appalled this woman is in busy and treats her customers like this. I would never talk to ANYONE like this, especially someone who supports an income. Absolutely dreadful human being and completely untrained to teach gymnastics. I have never been treated so horribly and am extremely grateful we have moved on.
