OUR LABOR OF LOVE photography

jesse and whitney photographed my wedding two years ago and my new baby last year. they are not only the most wonderful and creative photographers, but they're also super-great people. i wouldn't be surprised if they make friends of every customer they have. my husband and i couldn't have asked for a happier experience. we love gracyn's family. :)

As soon as we met Jesse & Whitney (and Gracyn!), it was clear how wonderful they are and we just had to have them shoot our wedding. My now-husband and I had a few hiccups when it came to rescheduling after I landed in the hospital for a month last year, which interfered with our original wedding date. Even so, Jesse & Whitney were more than happy to work with us when we set the new date. There were no extra charges or grief - which is a real relief when you're having to RE-organize your wedding.

The "smilebooth" is SO worth the price - all of our guests, including my off-duty professional photographer Uncle, agreed that it really added a special touch to the reception. Their assistant, Matt, was really nice and very patient with the little kids who ran *slightly* amok in the smilebooth (the apparatus is pretty sturdy apparently!).

We definitely plan to use them for all of our professional portraits from now on. I even debated writing this review for fear they become too busy for us to book them again!

Jesse and Whitney the dynamic force behind Our Labor of Love photographed our September 2007 wedding, and I must say these are the most fantastic photographers available. Our wedding was featured in the Wedding Unveiled Winter 2008 publication as a result of their innovative artist perspective. Our entire experience with them was stellar! They pay exceptional attention to detail and still manage to make you feel like you're with old friends at the same time. I look back at our wedding photos now and feel even more connected and moved by the imagery than I thought possible. If you don't book them, you're missing out.

My partner & I used OLOL for our wedding. Whit and Jesse were very accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. We were amazed by the quality of their work and their eye for creative, extraordinary shots. They are laid back and really try to work with you. If you want photographers who truly view their work as an art form, they are for you. Their shots are not your standard fare--thankfully.

I was recently in a wedding that Our Labor Of Love photographed and the experience and results were outstanding. Jesse and Whitney were a pleasure to work with and very patient with everyone (including the dogs!) They truly captured the magic and splendor of the event, and I know that our family could not have asked for better photographs of such a special day. If that special day ever comes for me, I won't think twice about what photographer to use. Our Labor of Love is the best!
