Purchased a truck from Warren. He told me he prided himself on servicing what he sells. What a joke! He wont even return my phone calls after he found out I was having trouble. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Deland is correct. I wish that I could have been able to do more for him. It was my fault for agreeing to sell him a truck for $3000 less than advertised fair retail value. It was also my fault when he had problems with the truck after taking it to another shop. If I hadn't been so busy with all my other work in Sept., I would have dropped everything and made the 300 mile trip to his farm. Instead, I had a factory trained technician call him directly, to diagnose any problems with his truck. I also called in a favor at the nearest Freightliner dealer to give him priority service if required. Unfortunately there are certain repairs that are difficult to perform over the phone. I always try to do what is fair, and regret that I have an unhappy customer. I just wish that the truck would not have been six hours away, so that I could have taken care of this issue before it escalated to this point. I truly regret any false expectations that may have been perceived.
