I've been here a few times and it's always busy, and there is a reason for that. Great customer service and you don't have to tell them "you missed a spot" They cost a little more than the one near my house, but it's worth it.

I was called back twice asking what color I wanted by 2 different people. When I did pick my car up the tint was lighter than what I had picked, I picked the 2nd darkest on all 4 windows, was told that was fine but the tint on the back windows is darker than on the front. When I asked the guy about this he was rude, dismissive and asked me if I knew how long he had been doing this. I was NOT happy and I don't care if he'd been doing this for 100 yrs. He did a crap job and in my opinion used cheaper materials than he said he did.

Best car wash in town. In response to one of the bad reviews, there is a towel waving to let you know your car is done. The wash is great and you can request no polish on tires, inside car etc. They have the best customer service in town.

Carlos and his staff are very courteous and know all about their food. The food is excellent, authentic and the place is very clean. I have referred many of my friends and colleagues to El Cochinito Contento. Keep up the great food!!! **Doree**

I took my Nissan Titan to Oasis yesterday for a complete detail. It came back cleaner than the day I bought it, plus they got all the water spots off from the sprinklers! EXCELLENT DETAILING - better than I expected.

Staff is very friendly and they took their time even though they were busy, when pointing out the things that were missed, they got busy right away.My car was clean but the inside was very sticky with too much Armerol

i purchased the delux, got nothing but a dirve threw wash i should have paid 3 dollars for at a local gas station. it wasnt vaccumed and the windows werent done, no car scense was added. management was terrible and told me i would not get it done over or a refund. waited an hour and a half before i went to ask what was going on with my car. was told that they dont do a friendly towel wave to let customers know there vehicle is ready.

The prices are competitive and as long as your not in a hurry, this is a good place to get your car detailed or just washed. The guys that work there are friendly too, so its a good place to just stop by if youre in the area.

I brought my car to this car wash and had to wait a very long time. But that was because they were super busy though. This car wash, like most in the Las Vegas valley, does not use dirty felt pads up against the finish of your car, which is impressive to an extent. The first time I went there the track mechanism had broken down, so they were bringing all the cars to the other side of the building to wash by hand. It made me wonder whether that happens often and how long that process would have taken. I didn't want to stick around to find out and instead asked for my money back. Other times I have gone the service was average. Prices are on par with Terrible's.
