very poor customer service, 3/06/2010

Oberer's flowers, will never use them again!! I called on Thursday spoke to a very nice gentleman, to see if they would deliver to St Paris for grandma's funeral and to heads them up for the... arrangement I wanted, as well as, to make sure that they would be open to take the order since the service was not to be finalized until Saturday, they assured me that for the price I would be spending, well over $200, they would absolutely do that! I call today, Saturday,spoke to very unfriendly lady, and they tell me no they can't deliever there and there is no manager there ....so I told them to cancel my account. Neverever again, this was the third time they have not been truthful, at times when I am already extremely distressed to begin with! The other two times they messed up the billing, one of which they made right by delievering flowers to my grandmother's house ...guess where... yep in St Paris....I should have learned the first time but always give second and apparently third chances.....but not anymore!
