The customer service is terrible
Customer service phone numbers are manned by people who can barely speak English and only know how to pass you off to another person. No one knows how to answer questions! I will never purchase another Oce!

DO NOT EVER USE OCE!!!!!
Oce is the most undependable, untruthful, uncooperative company I have ever dealt with. Poor service, poor follow up and lack of product knowledge. I am extremely disappointed in this company and would never recommend them to anyone for any reason. They have no idea what customer service means.
