Pregnancy Water aerobics and H2O Babies was great, 10/05/2009

I like to exercise and stay fit, but a pregnancy workout didn't sound appealing. I was hot all the time and had yucky reflux. Pregnancy water aerobics was just the ticket. And I really enjoyed... chatting with all the other pregnant ladies in my class. After baby was born, we did H20 Babies, which was really fun and gave me a chance to introduce my baby to the water while getting a little exercise. Loved my instructor, Kathleen.

Wonderful workout!, 10/04/2008

I started taking Oh Baby classes while pregnant with my first child. Although I signed up for the the Fitness and Toning session and the Pilates session, they allow you to make up any classes you... miss by sitting in on any other sessions you like which is wonderful. Therefore I was also able to attend a few Yoga classes. Every class I took was great and I would highly recommend them. Their customer service was also always so friendly and helpful when I called with questions. Although I enjoyed all of the instructors, Kathleen Donahue was my favorite. She gives you a challenging workout and makes it fun at the same time. I was able to stay in wonderful shape throughout my pregnancy because of Oh Baby and even attribute the ease of my labor to it. Another plus is meeting other pregnant woman who can relate to what you are going through. Now that I had my daughter I can't wait to try out the Mommy and Me classes!

Great Pregnancy and Mom & Baby Exercise Classes!

I joined Oh Baby! Fitness classes during my first pregnancy and loved it. They have a wide variety of exercise classes for pregnant women (yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, toning).. then after you have your baby, you can come back to special mom & baby exercise classes .. they offer stroller workout, mom & baby yoga, pilates and fitness.. even water aerobics! I met other moms, made new friends and got in the best shape in my life while I was pregnant! I love Oh Baby and tell all my pregnant friends about it. Great instructors and super customer service!
