Ohana Pool & Spa Care, LLC

We purchased our home from across the country and contracted with John to service our pool until we arrived at our new home in Surprise (approximately a month later). John initially won me over in our phone conversations and dealings. We paid him to "open" our pool and maintain until our arrival. Upon our cross country trip I tried numerous to contact John to let him know we were on our way and to check in. John NEVER did return my calls and instead (days later) emailed me a hookey email that termedour contract w/o reason, took almost $500 from us, and when we arrived at ournew home after a 6 day trek.we found a SWAMP in lieu of our pool :( we had permanent damage due to the lack of care. John never did return our calls. Overall we WERE EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! It was a horrible welcome to our new surroundings. Where I come from people take great pride in their work, name and integritythis was not the case in our interaction with company and specifically John Dagostino. We had this experience in 2011 and it still bothers me, I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else!...

My husband and I had our pool serviced by John and I have to say he was AWESOME and GREAT. Answered all our questions, is honest, and is willing to go out of his way to make sure his customers are happy. We are truly happy we find him and will contuine doing business with John. I couldn't imagine a better company! John is friendly, professional and very good at his job. We recommend him to everyone we know. They also have the best customer service. He always takes time to address any question or concern we may have. If you are in need of a pool service, you MUST choose Ohana.

I just want to say that I really like the way this company does business. John is very experienced with what he does and I feel confident his work is always top notch.
