Old Alabama Family Dentistry

The Staff At Old Alabama Family Dentistry has been nasty. The doctor wanted to cap my entire mouth for only $30,000. I have a great smile and when I asked why he would want to cap my mouth he replied with, "I'm not making any money with you just getting a cleaning!"
He is a mediocre small town dentist. The staff is very unprofessional. I am a New Yorker and I have been to all kinds of Dentists and I have to say, This has been one of the worst experiences so far. Would not recommend. To top it off, he has prices like he is practicing on Park Ave in NYC.

I have finally found a great dentist. Dr Taylor is professional and courteous. The staff is friendly and follows up to make sure that everything is good following procedures. Dr Taylor helped me with a broken crown the day prior to Christmas Eve and I am truly appreciative. No need to look anywhere else. This is a great office. Many thanks

I have been going to Dr. Taylor since 2002. I moved 2 hours away but I find time to go back to him. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I have seen the same hygenist since 2002 as well. Dr. Taylor is thorough. I had a night guard that wasn't perfect. He sent it back and had them redo it (no cost to me). They go above and beyond to provide GREAT service. I feel like they respect my time as much as I do theirs. I get to my appointments on time and they see me on time. I never have to wait. I would recommend Old Alabama Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a professional, personable and caring staff. I truly do feel like I am going to see family when I walk in. So, for ALL these reasons I drive 2 hours to go to my Dentist. Dr. Taylor is the BEST!!

My family, friends, co-workers & I have been patients of Dr. Taylors for YEARS! I have seen Dr. Taylor maintain a caring enviroment over the years and as every business staff changes but with this office Dr. Taylor finds the best of the best! One of the ladies that cleans my teeth has been there for 10 years or more and like Dr. Taylor she is always honest about my teeth and even remembers personal conversations we had at prior visits and asks me how things are! I can't even remember what I did last week, so it feels good that she cares enough to remember!! The other woman that work in the back are so friendly and knowledgeable. They work as a team and care about my busy work schedule so I'm always brought back on time and leave when they say I'm going to! The two woman that work at the front (I think they're sisters actually) are the BEST I have ever seen in this office or any place I have to visit. We always share laughs together, they're hysterical with each other and really know how to make you feel like comfortable and like family. They work with my hectic schedule when making appointments and go above and beyond to understand my dental insurance since it is so difficult to understand. Dr. Taylor never skips on quality everything he does is top of the line and because of his top notch staff I'm finally able to maximize my insurance so I'm able to afford my services during these rough times. Going to the dentist feels like visiting trusted & caring family. LOVE THEM!!!

Dr. Taylor is the most knowledgable dentist I have ever met. His staff is always helpful and will do everything possible to help me with MY insurance. The alpharettamomof 2boys must be a nut job, what she said is so untrue. Dr. Taylor recommends treatment that is needed, all my family and friends see Dr. Taylor, and we just love him.
