I came to this practice as I was told of Dr. Reid being a great dentist. This was more than true as she was informative and was great at answering questions I had outside of my appointment via phone. The office staff and billing is another story. I was told that my insurance was accepted when I asked about the practice being in network. This was followed by a $154 bill after a $34 co pay. I informed the staff each time I visited the office of my address that they could never get correct. I called after receiving this bill and was told they are not in network and the asked to confirm/update my address which was again still not correct. I then a week later get an email about a business account matter and my address by Cathy at 9:00 am. I replied to the email with my issues and then called to confirm it was received at 3:30 pm to be told Cathy was out of the office until the following week. I learned my lesson the hard way and would warn anyone against using this practice.

What a great office. From the front to the hygienists to the doctors, everything was very top notch. Dr.Reid looked so young but was the most gentle, competent dentist that I have ever had work on me. I was so very impressed. It definitely was worth every penny. My veneers are BEAUTIFUL and look like natural teeth. She also did a porcelain filling for my broken molar with the Cerac which was done in one visit. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!

First of all, it seems to be the most expensive dentist in Atlanta area, they cost me 30% more than usual, and their finance people have weird attitude "we charge what we want when we want it". Their receptionist lied to me about cerec crowns - they DO NOT do those and they have no cerec equipment on site. Dr Reid is OK, but some things made me nervous about her: she was pulling out my temp crown and instead of pulling it up strait she pulled it hard to a side, so I felt sharp pain and thought she's going to break my tooth - not sure why such experienced doctor would do that? Did she try to break it so they could make more money (removing tooth $$, then implant $$$$)? Probably - that's my impression after dealing with their office. Also some of their older assistants seem to loose their patience sometimes - scary actually.

Dr. Mazer and his staff are incredible. They are all very nice and make you feel instantly comfortable. I love the high tech rooms and especially love watching TV directly overhead as my dental work is being performed. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Truly A+!!!

I was extremely impressed with the Old Milton Dental facilities and staff. The office is unbelievably clean and there is a TV in every room for patients. The staff is among the friendliest office staff I have ever encountered. Dr. Mazer was thorough and professional and one of the kindest doctors I have dealt with. I had to have fillings replaced and I was never once uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend Old Milton Dental to everybody.
