Two technicians from Old Castle came out this week to cut a larger opening in our corian counter top to accommodate our new, larger range top that was getting delivered. The team did a great job, was courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up as well! Great job!!

From our walk into the large fenced area where slabs of standard, as well as unusual, granite leaned for view, we were treated with excellent customer service. These people know what they are doing - from measuring to installation. We chose an unusual piece, and the only one they had. They figured out how to use every possible inch so we could complete the kitchen, down to a cutting board. Get their advice on sinks; you can get incredible quality for a lot less buying from them. Remember, they do an excellent job in installation, but they cannot reconnect your water or gas lines. If you aren't "handy" you may need to hire someone to totally complete the process.

Had kitchen counter tops and sink installed. Paid for an 18g 9 inch sink, got a 20g 7 inch sink. It rusted immediately. In three months time I went through 3 sales reps. Countop installation was poor, two of four sections were crooked, on three sections one corner was rounded and the other corner was left a sharp 90 degrees. Very sloppy work and certainly not worth the money I spent.

I put black galaxy granite in the kitchen and changed my tile back splash. I switched out my electric cooktop for gas and changed the sink and faucet. Oldcastle scheduled all the work. One stop shopping. The "touch" faucet I bought separately wouldn't work right, but the installer, Scott, discovered a piece missing and went to Lowe's to get it for me. Scott also did an awesome job removing and installing the tile back splash. I wanted SS racks for the bottom of the sink. Darcy, my salesperson, ordered them and brought them to my home. Happy with the job and even better that I went through Costco, who warranties the job (plus 2% rebate). Not the cheapest, but great job and service!

Our experience would be rated six stars if they offered it. We picked ½ of our install from the "bone yard" scrap material (we got more bang for our buck there), and then placed an order for the other half. Our counters turned out better than expected. We received some advice from internal resources as to some options being our kitchen is very small and we did not want it to be overpowered by the selection. The guys doing the installation were very professional- cleaned up after themselves- and kept to the schedule by completing the project timely. There were some adjustments needing to be made after the initial installation and that too was treated as if we were new customers with all the same courtesies. Totally recommend them.

Oldcastle recently put Black Galaxy granite in my kitchen and it is breath taking! I was worried about the seams and the measure guys reassured me it would look great. Now that it is done you can barely see them. I am so glad I listened! I am very pleased and will be using them to complete my bathroom remodels in the spring. Thank you Oldcastle for a job well done!!!!

We have used Oldcastle for 4 installs over a 10 year period and used more than one location. Each time the process got smoother. The amount of attention to detail Oldcastle has is truly AWESOME! I can't say enough about their service!

I chose Oldcastle because they offered several choices of lovely countertops made with recycled material. It took over a week to schedule a measuring session, with an installation date 3 weeks afterwards. Because one section was not cut correctly, the job was not finished until another 3 weeks went by! The field workers seemed to do an excellent job. The difficulty was with the person who was scheduling, billing and giving us information: it was hard to get a straight answer--he seemed to give vague, slightly different answers depending on who called--our architect, the cabinet commpany or me. I was very surprised to have NO confirmation of delivery and NO heads up the day before telling about time of day. All in all, the Pelham office seemed not very interested in service. It was frustrating and disappointing.
We apologize for the communication issues. We initially had some confusion on the company using for the purchase which delayed communication efforts. We appreciate your business and you taking the time to post the review. We will continue develop the staff and systems. Thank you.
Very knowledgeable salesman. BUT: Never followed up. Never sent promised samples, never called or checked back. Guess they didnt really want to sell me anything. This was the Costco program.
We have increased our customer service level dramatically by aligning this account with the correct sales representative who is attentive to our customer's needs. Thank you for taking the time to post a review and bring this situation to light. Thank you.
I recently purchased tops from Oldcastle and Julie was fantastic! She helped me with the granite, tile, a sink and faucet. It was nice being able to get everything done at one time. They truly were out to please me!
Could not be more pleased with Oldcastle and their employees. Brent the salesman was great to work with. The installers, Adam, David, and Daniel were very professional and personable, taking the time to answer dumb questions.

We used Oldcastle to install a beautiful Lyptus wood counter in our kitchen - actually on two occasions. Once they installed the counter-top and then a year later the matching back-splash. Everything was outstanding from the measurements to the installation. On the second occasion the installer showed me how to remove a stain and cover the sanded section with new oil.

Stone fabrication uses a great deal of water. We have water recycling systems to help minimize our affect on the economy and water supply. We also have several green products available for purchase.
