Had One Hour come to install a new furnace. The install went south when they discovered an additional issue. They then began to deny previous quotes, increase the price, and threaten the loss of warranty coverage for not getting additional work done. The confusion over price led us to delay our decision on whether to get the additional work done yet, and during the delay we discovered many additional problems with the original installation. The installers failed to plug a sewer sump pump in after the install, resulting in a back up of grey water flooding into my basement. They also installed the furnace so that 50% of the hot air was being ejected into the basement electrical room instead of reaching the main level of the house. After several additional delays in making the needed repairs, One Hour's general manager, Rick Spooner, informed me that we could either pay the $1,800 for the additional work, or he would come and take the furnace back. During our conversation Rick was rude, disrespectful, and blamed every issue on me rather than accepting any responsibility. Given the shoddy workmanship and poor customer service I elected to have them take their furnace away. I got a better furnace for less money from another vendor. Now One Hour is refusing to perform warranty work on our other systems previously installed by them. Do not do business with this company. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and don't even have good prices. There are no positives.

I called One Hour Heating & Air after the a/c in my condo went out. Then come to find out, the outside units were not even labeled to correspond with each condo. Richard and his partners were very patient and diligent in finding which outside unit was mine despite the disorganized chaos it was. Pricing was also upfront and very fair. Would highly recommend!

Of all the air condition repair co out there this one not only honor what they say but did. They came out after the time they said and fix my air condition and it was free because they were late. I could't believe it. Their moto is "Always on time... Or you dont Pay a Dime" and they stud by it! Thanks A Bunch.

Our One Hour Heating & Air technician, Mark, came out and did a great job tuning up my furnace for the winter. He spent an hour and 15 minutes performing maintenance such as vacuming out the return, replacing filter, internal and external cleaning of unit, used red carpet and shoe covers to protect my home. I would not use another heating and air company after this outstanding service. His knowledge of his job and performance went above and beyond my expectations. Once again, thanks Mark for a great job!

Troy was very polite and informative. He was quick and told me exactly what he was doing and how much it would cost. The company was very commuicative on when Troy would arrive and even let me change my time when I was running a little late. Would definitley use again.

Charged $3,500.00 for six hours of work of which about $250.00 were parts. Told me the house was wired wrong and could burn down and the pool could electrocute us. Turned out the wireing was fine the way it was and what was done was unnecessary. They were called to connect a pool pump. Beware of the "not up to current code" scam as houses are to be at code for when they were built and don't have to be rewired every time the code changes.

I had the pleasure of dealing with One Hour after lightning took our my AC unit. It took 2 visits to get to the bottom of all the damage i sistained but I was very pleased with them the entire time! Always on time, always efficent, and always willing to go the extra mile. I even had the opperations manager come out to my house to make sure everything was good since i had some many problems with my unit. I would definately use One Hour again if i had a problem and recommend them to anyone!!

I called One Hour Heating and Air and within a couple of hours Mark Smith was at my door and ready to work. After replacing a bad capacitor and a very thorough cleaning I was feeling cool air thru my vents again!!! Would definately call again if another problem arises!
