Oh, how I wish I had read the reviews. I dropped my clothes off specifically b/c they have a drive through and I have 2 young children. $60 later? I was charged $9 a shirt for my husband's shirts. Ridiculous. I'm sticking with Sunny's on Cheshire Bridge, even though it's a drive.

My husband recently dropped off my wool coat, (short blazer-type coat, nothing fancy - I think it might have cost $25 brand new) and a plain wool sweater to be drycleaned. Unfortunately, he didn't ask ahead of time what the price would be, and when he went to pick them up, he was presented with a bill for $60.00!! $60.00 for two items?? This wasn't even for same-day or expedited service. TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!!! Based on my experience and after reading about other reviewers' similar experiences, I am shocked that this place is still in business.

Unless you like trashing your money, I would absolutely never go to this cleaners. I just moved to the area and tried them for the first time. When I went to pick up my clothes, I nearly had a heart attack. Almost every item was over $12, with the real cardiac arrest coming from a charge of $37 for a simple cotton (casual) jacket that only cost me $50 to begin with!! I questioned this charge, showed my horror at all of the charges, and was told too bad -- "the jacket had to be hand pressed because it had buttons on it" -- huh?! Don't all jackets have buttons on them? Total highway robbery. I did not even get one hour service (which would have been even more, if that's possible) and they asked for 4 days. Beware!

This is the worst cleaner I have ever used. I was charged over $400 for dry cleaning 2 silk drapery panels. When I got the draperies home and out of the plastic wrap, it was obvious they had been wet cleaned. They had shrunk about 4 inches and the silk was ruined. I took the draperies back to the place where I purchased them and the owner of the drapery store said she had never seen draperies so badly damaged by a cleaner. She also said the standard price for dry cleaning a drapery panel was about $30. This was later confirmed for me by 3 other dry cleaners. When I tried to dispute this charge with American Express, the owner (Bakti) produced a forged "release form" with a signature she had lifted from my credit card receipt. Long story short, stay far, far away from this place. It is a complete rip off!!!!

Lots of dry cleaners closed today and even fewer that offer same day service. So I found this place online and called them before going. The guy "Karesh" told me no problem for them to do same day service. I therefore drove up there and he again told me no problem. These were TWO opportunities for him to tell me how much my stuff would cost. Now all I dropped off there were 7 sweaters. Well, my total bill came to $117!! They even charged me $20 for 2 of the sweaters! They gave me this BS about a surcharge for same day service even though the name of the business is "ONE HOUR MARTINIZING". So when I raised a fuss about the price, the lady had the nerve to offer me a $25 store credit. I told her the only reason she's offering this is because she knows what they are charging me is unfair in the 1st place. This place is a complete rip-off.. DO NOT GO HERE!

I took a dress shirt, bathrobe, 18 yr old field jacket, a blanket, and a comfortor in to be cleaned. Our cat had urinated on the bedding. I specifically asked to have it simply cleaned as that is all that is needed. I go out of town and come back to a voice message from the woman there telling me that the bedding has a strong odor and may need "special" cleaning nor did I bother calling as I got the message the day I went to pick it up. I didn't give an okay for this special cleaning. I go to pick up my items and my bill was over $500!!!!!! I asked why and she claimed that it needed a special cleaning. I asked her why it makes sense to clean a $10 blanket and $20 comforter at $500?? She could not answer. She kept saying that she would work with me and split it. I said no. I told her that I wanted my clothing and she would not allow a partial order go out. It was all or none. I could replace the whole load for less than $100 so I left it with her and told her to donate it across the street at Good Will. I hope she did. She needs the karma. All I can say is if you use her get everything in writing and make sure she understands your needs. It was nearly criminal. UPDATE: on 7-31-07 "Barty" called me stating they "found" my clothes in the back and wanted to know if I wanted to pay and pick them up. You can imagine my response. The nerve! Strange people...

I brought in 4 items. They ruined a shirt, told me that it wasn't their fault and that I should take it up with the place I bought it from, still had to pay for the cleaning. They stained a pair of pants I wore only once that didn't have any stains when I brought it in. They "cleaned" it again (another week), still didn't come out, and then "cleaned" it again (two more weeks). After all of that, I paid over $40 for 4 items of which they ruined half. Never did apologize, made me pay full price for the worst cleaning job ever, and made be wait over a month to get pants that were completely ruined in the end! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR SERVICE!

I brought in 4 items. They ruined a shirt and told me to take it up with the store I bought it from. I brought in a pair of pants that I wore only once and they returned it with a giant stain that was not there before. I had them clean it again (one more week) and it was still there, then I paid for them to clean it some more (two more weeks) and still never came out. Over a month later and over $50 spent, they ruined half my clothes, were completely unapologetic, and made me pay full price for it! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR SERVICE! They may seem nice, but they have the worst service ever.

I had a shirt cleaned here and gave it back to me with a spot on the front that was not there when I took it in. The manager was very rude and would not refund my money. I paid to have my shirt ruined. DO NOT give them your business!

I recently brought in a seat cushion that I had spilled mouthwash on. A week and $135 dollars later it is returned to me in the same condition I dropped it off in - stains and all. When I called to complain, the manager was not only completely unapologetic, but she was rude and kept interrupting me. These people do not care about customer loyalty. Take your business elsewhere!!!

They charged me for repairs to a coat they did not make. Cost for drycleaning is VERY high and it takes almost a week to get items back. I would not recommend to anyone. There are too many drycleaners out there who value your business
