Onyx Consulting has been my vendor for almost 10 years. During that time, they have provided outstanding service- both from a knowledge and a customer service standpoint. They are honest, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and very fairly priced. They are very well versed in both mac and pc platforms. They are always available and have fixed many issues after hours and on holidays. I would recommend Onyx to any customer, business or consumer.

Having used, very happily, Onxy, on several occasions for my Mac, I went one day announcing my very friendly service dog, not on a leash inside their business. She startled Matt, a tech, who raised his knee and foot at her to which she looked at him and wagged her tail.
I, immediately apologized for not leashing her and thought we had worked through this, bought a product from Andrew.
Since, Matt was very upset about my dog going up to him. (His family owns the same type of dogs, he informed me)
Without raising my voice, I shared with Andrew my feelings and apologized that day to him for not having my friendly dog leashed.

Going back in for later service, resulted in involving Justin, as I had unkowingly been flagged because of my dog and dealing with Matt.

Sometimes, working through communication is viewed as wasted time; however, Justin and Andrew, and I worked through an awkward scenario.
Good service and good communication is a great combination, that Onxy has achieved.
We appreciate you all and the great work on my Mac; along with other products you sell.
They are great in their service to me and my 'leashed dog'.

Apple MacBook Air screen broke at the hinges. Apple Store said it was covered then decided it was a dent, that i must have dropped it. Not true. They said it would cost $700. I took it to Onyx. They said they thought it might be a free fix, that Apple had recalled this model, the 'HINGES' were breaking. Dropped it off Monday, picked it up Thursday. FREE. i have a new computer. I'm good to go. THANKS to ONYX.

bought Apple computers and had Apples repaired at Onyx--always honest, always get it done, and have great relationship with Apple corporate. That relationship helped me greatly on one repair. I'm a loyal Onyx customer.

I heard from someone that these are the best, and I agree. By far the friendliest techs I've found. I was told I'd find not only friendly service, but the best prices, and yes, I sure did.

Plus, they were extremely quick. Having a mac is sometimes difficult, because you can't just take the computer anywhere. I certainly don't trust places like Microcenter, and Apple stores are great, but they take a long time.

So, I've found my new doctor for my mac.
