Last year a friend told my about OBC and I was worried I was not "fit" enough for this kind of workout. I went a "bring a friend" day and learned that this was for everybody. I did a month and then got a dedication pass (it is a deal for 3 months). I felt and looked great. I took some time off and thought I could do this on my own now. Hee hee..that did not happen. I needed someone to encourage me and push me. So I am back at OBC and I am so ready to get back in shape. I am not the fastest runner and never will be but I am so proud of myself!

Operation Boot Camp provides dedicated and knowledgable instructors. Workouts are never exactly the same and are always fun. One thing that keeps me coming back is their unique ability to cater to any fitness level. Excellent value and very positive atmosphere!

I am taking the 5 am camp at Hamilton Mill - and wow!! This is hands down the most empowering camp I have ever done!! This will literally kick your butt into shape - all you have to do is show up and they instructors take care of the rest. I am down in weight and inches and am starting to finally feel better, thanks so much!! OBC - Hamilton Mill you guys ROCK!! HOAH!

It's like P.E. for adults! It's truly a place to get into shape while having fun and meeting new people. It happens at a time of day that you cannot make excuses. Unlike the gym, the only decision you have to make is, are you getting out of bed? OBC gives an amazing different workout every day so you never know what you are missing if you do not go, so you want to be there every day of the session. The instructors are friendly and not over the top. They do not take themselves too seriously either. FUN for anyone that would like to get into shape. All ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Campers ages range from 18 to 75 years old. Try it, you won't be disappointed!!

I really got a lot out of this program, mainly b/c i was forced to keep a food diary. i liek to exercise and do so on my own, however, i do not wathc what i eat at times. i like the instructor/camper ratio-sometimes it's almost one to one! the instructors have a tremendously high energy level at 6 am. that's what i need.

Much cheaper than a personal trainer and better results. These guys are great with all fitness levels, and made me feel comfortable (I was nervous....) Like most 'boot camp' programs, it costs more than a gym membership, but less than a personal trainer. I did the Piedmont Park location in 2001, and did it again in 2003. This year after some confusion accidentally signed up for a different camp before returning back to this company again. The small group sizes made for lots of personal attention towards my goals.
