Optica refused to replace $700 glasses that broke two weeks after purchase.They would only repair it. Not a comforting feeling to be required to keep a product that has already proven to be od very poor quality. Lenscrafters will aloow replacements and refunds 30 days after purchase.They will allow a customer to change lenses, frames, anything, as often as required, until you are satisfied. For Optica opticians,, its all about their money, nothing about customer satisfaction.
