Option One Plumbing

I have 5 toilets in a 15 year old home and the only one they have worked on is leaking. They've been out multiple times claiming 1 thing after another is the problem. Many dollars later and several visits later I still have to turn off the water on the downstairs 1/2 bath toilet. I give up they win :-( I'll call someone else....

I called this company on Monday for a hydro jetting service was told that they would arrive at noon. After waiting all day, i recieved a call at 6pm to say they would not make it. Rescheduled appointment for Tuesday, again no show. Stay away from this company. Lousy customer service and a bad experience with them.

I have not been disappointed by this company and I think it comes down to the service provider. Jesse is awesome at any drain work and now I have met Martin for leaky pipe who was just as complimentary, quick, showed me the entire process, and very affordable. I HIGHLY recommend this company and consider myself a 'customer service freak!' A++++

Option One is fantastic. I called at 8am and had a tech at my place in a matter of hours. He fixed both shower knobs and recommended replacing one of the internal components in time. Great work. Thank you Tim and Option One.

I can't possibly convey how incredible Option One Plumbing is in mere words. Their honesty and integrity in service was unexpected. Ray and Larry - you guys are the BEST!
