Professional, Prompt and Honest!
Mandre came out to help us. He was prompt, clean, thorough and professional. He looked over my door, gave me an estimate, and did not try to upsell me. When asked, he did not recommend changing the door, and said only the spring needed replacing.
He left me with instructions on how to maintain the door, and left me with suggestions on replacing the motor when it finally dies (it is currently working and he did not suggest replacing it).
Overall, I could not be happier and I would recommend him and his company to everyone!
