I called Orkin for help with an ant problem. Given a 2 hour appt window, during which I sat home on a beautiful day. No one showed during the appointment slot. Tech called 40 minutes AFTER time slot to tell me he'd be there in 30 min. Showed up over an hour later (almost 2 hours outside of the window). My mother let him in and also signed a service contract. Manager called me and apologized profusely and assured me that Orkin would never been late again. 5 days later, I still had ants and called to make another appt. Again given a 2 hour window. Again no one showed and no one called. Our time is valuable and this is not acceptable customer service!

The inspector was friendly and helpful. But we didn't end up choosing them after shopping around. Their systems seem more expensive and don't have as much coverage as competitors.

They showed up on time for my free inspection on a weekend, and were knowledgable and polite - enough so that I chose to pay for their survice going forward.

I used them for a few months, but they never came out when they said they would. Also, we had persistnent wasp and ant problems. We don't have them since switching to a new vendor. Might only be this location, not sure.

I had a standing appointment for pest control service, which was missed several times. One time I rescheduled service and they didn't show up again. I called and spoke to the manager once, problems remained, and I ultimately had them cancel my agreement.
