Orlando Park Vacations

My family and I stayed at this resort and I was nervous. The reviews were mixed online. We arrived around 9:40. We were told then that check in was at 4:00. Lisa(manager) at the resort asked Renzo to check to see what was available. We were orginally suppose to stay at the Mike Ditka resort, but again it was not available until 4:00. Lisa had a 2 bedroom villa available at the Calypso Cay Vacation Villa. We gladly took the available room. Again it was 9:40 in the morning, my family consisted of myself, husband, son, daughter and 2 grands. Lisa had Renzo call maintence to take us to our room. I had injuried my knee before arriving and was using a walker. Jose and Renzo drove us to our villa. My husband and I rode with Jose. He gave us a guided tour on the way to our villa. He was very pleasant and friendly. I could see him being one of my husbands buds. We loved the villa. My grands really loved the villas. It was my families first visit to Florida. I will have a hard time topping the expericence we had at the Calypso Cay Vacation Villa. The Calypso Cay Vacation Villas gave my faimly a measure stick for future trips. I hope they will not be disappoint. Twelve thumbs up for the Calypso Cay Vacation Villas and the service provided by Lisa, Renzo and Jose. We purchased this package with Orlandoparkvacations.com and would deal with them again.

We booked our package with Orlandoparkvacation.com and they put us at Silver Lake Resort. They truly met all of our expectations! To start off, the staff that greeted us were truly exceptional! When we checked in to our villa we were astonished at how clean and up to date the rooms were! First things first, the kids had to go check out the pool! The pool was bigger than I had imagined! Now although they don't have a restaurant they do have a poolside bar with food, and a little convenience store with treats! We figured usually these rooms would be too expensive for our huge family, but we found an amazing deal with Orlando Savings .com. Not only did they get us an amazing rate for 6 nights, they were also able to help us with some discounted tickets to Disney World! I had read that the noise was a big problem, but we honestly didn't feel it was bad at all. We didn't go during Spring Break or anything which may be why it was so much quieter! I felt very safe here with the guards at the closed gate! Everyone was more than willing to help us with anything we needed! We will definitely be back, the experience was beyond our expectations!

The service was very good, all staff extremely helpful and professional. Even a guy throwing bags of garbage into a compactor greeted me in mid-throw as I walked by. Our Villa was perfectly clean from the kitchen, through bathrooms and bedrooms and everything was in good repair. Pools were all clean, tables and chairs appeared to be wiped down daily at least. We were unable to attend our scheduled presentation so the lady at check-in called the appropriate individual and, after a wee bit of pleading, they adjusted our presentation day to fit our needs. No problem! Location was excellent, close to shopping, groceries, restaurants and expressways out of town when we needed it. Also, Disney was a hop, skip and jump away. Prior to going, I read some of the reviews posted by others and they made me very nervous, with many people giving this place an extremely bad review. Give your head a shake people! The only explanation I can think of is that these other travellers were likely rude, inconsiderate people who must think that the world owes them something. Well, you usually recieve back what you give out. Anyways, great place. Would recommend to all. we purchased a timeshare at Bonnet Creek while it was still under construction. On our first visit, only the main building and building 1 were completed. It looks a little strange to see how nice the landscaping is from our balcony and then, a few hundred feet away- barren land on the portion of the lake that has not yet been developed. Aside from this, it was the nicest place we've ever stayed. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious and well laid out. My 10 year old son really liked having his own room. The pool and grounds are well tended. The staff was friendly and courteous. Even though we had already purchased, we were invited to a "members" meeting where they will try to "upsell" you. I simply told our rep that we had








already invested as much as we could afford and he was cool with it. I've heard a lot of horror stories about the high pressure sales tactics used in the timeshare industry but we've NEVER experienced Fairfield that way! They have always been polite and respectful. Bottom line: if you're planning a trip to Disney, I can't think of a better place to stay than here!

This company sent confirmation emails to me for one date and then when I got to the location - I had no where to stay because they booked my "vacation" for 10 days later. Took over 24 hours to get it right. Lost 1 day of 3 out of my vacation that I was not compensated for. Would never do business with them again and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hotel was awful, gross, and the bath tub had stains inside of it. Ran out of hot water and was told that I had to pay for maid service and CLEAN TOWELS!!! Not even worth the free tickets. Expensive food, drinks and they even charged for local calls. Keep looking for a better opportunity, this is a rip off.
