Great shop. They fixed a transmission leak on my daughter's car while she was visiting relatives. I was worried my daughter would be taken advantage of because she's young and she was stuck. They tightened a clamp on a transmission line, topped off the transmission, and shewas on her way. She made it home safely thankfully (900 miles). It's good to see honest businesses are still out there. She thought she needed a transmission, and would have gotten one at the first shop she took her car to. She was smart enough to follow my advice and get a second opinion.

This review is a response to Matt, the ex-employee who just posted. This forum should be used for its purpose, which is for consumers to get a "feel" for a place of business. Kudzu is not intended to be a sounding board for unhappy former employees to complain. My company is full of happy employees. I invite any potential customers to take a tour of my shop with me. We process 50 to 70 repairs each week, most being larger, complex repairs. My shop is as clean and as organized as any, although it is one of the businest shops in Orlando. Sixty-two percent of our repairs are from repeat customers. My customers have remarked on many occasions that it is obvious the team here enjoys what we do. Quality and fair treatment to our customers and employees encourage good feelings all the way around. Please don't take my word for it folks, pay us a visit and see for yourselves! We will do whatever it takes to put a smile on your face. Thanks, Jim, Mike, Chris, Tony, Terry, Jason, Gene, Pepe, Ray, Curt, and Cindy

Orlando Transmission probably one of the worst shops I have ever worked at. Well I thought wrong, come to find out there is even any loyalty in independent car shops anymore. You know why because there isnt the old fashioned tradition of your auto techs is what makes you the money without us you have no business. Now lets see here JIM, JASON, MIKE & Chris I will say this you guys sure know how to collect money from people but when its time to pay you are cheaper then the IRS at tax time. I tell you when are you guys ever going to learn? Well I guess never the revolving door there is huge. Who wants to work in a dingy dirty shop with no certified techs and un-reasonable managment? I feel bad for the customers that go there to get there car or truck fixed because 9times out of 10 they dont get it fixed right the first time. Techs breaking stuff leaving parts out of cars etc. Man I dont even know how many mess ups I had to fix for them to look good. Oh and Jason remember that day you disrespected me in the FLEET shop? Well trust me brother that stuff dont get you anywhere im the bigger man to walk away. 10+ years experience in this auto business and I love what I do I see you do this job to make yourself look good and who cares about the rest of the people who are making you money? Its a shame what this industry has come to. GOOD LUCK TO YOU! Chris stop being Mike & Jims monkey boy bro it looks really bad man be your own person and think for yourself.

Came down on holiday from Canada, car worried us as we entered Florida. Had our problem fixed, for under $300.00. We thought we had a transmission problem, which turned out to be a wheel bearing. Thanks for the service and compassion!
