I went there on Sat. for a consultation, I was pleased with the spacious, well decorated office. Everyone I encountered was friendly. Dr. Bush was awesome, he is very personable & answered all of my questions. I'm nervous about the brace thing, but they made this experience worth while. Dr. Bush really seemed to care and when I got to the finance room I was nervous only to find out that they have the BEST prices in town for someone who does not have orthodontic coverage liike myself. You pay $99 down for records, labs, spacers & then $89 per month this includes retainers and all! I was so relieved to hear that. I also ran into a friend at that location & she to was bragging about the service she is receiving from them. They don't have many convenient locations, but for the money you will save it's worth the drive. I know for me I can't afford to pay someone's building fund! These other orthodontists are just flat out RIDICULOUS with there prices. I have not received treatment yet, but I will definitely keep this site updated regarding my visits! Go and check them out. BEWARE OF NATIONAL ORTHODONTICS ON CAMP CREEK PKWY THEY ARE MONEY GRUBBERS AND THE "ASSOCIATE ORTHODONTIST" ACT LIKE THEY JUST GRADUATED FROM SCHOOL WITH NO GUIDANCE FROM THE OWNER, DR. THOMAS(I'VE NEVER MET HIM)!!!!!!!!!!

I have just recently had to have my daughter's braces removed after 2 years with NO PROGRESS. Her regular dentist was appalled at the lack of progress with my daughter's jaw and tooth placement. Nothing had been done to correct her jaw and not one tooth lined up with another in her mouth. She was only supposed to have braces about 3 years but that was not to be. Things broke constantly in her mouth she was plagued with problems from the start despite the fact she followed every recomendation to the last detail. The professionalism was non existant. Not only could the "doctor" tell me what was going on with my daughter, only one person in the whole staff know what they were doing. The people who were to place her braces and adjust them had no ida what to do and would often have to ask for help with my daughter's braces. One even asked me to hold things for her and help suction and hold my daughter's mouth open. Now, almost $3000 later and numerous tearful visits later we have had her braces removed and found a wonderful orthodontist in Warner Robins, GA. You would think it would end there but I received a letter from them with no contact information and no signature requesting payment and informing me that they were going to send my account to collections! A word of advice: Stay away from Orthodontic Care of Georgia in Macon.

I am on my second set of braces with my sons at this office and can say that their level of prefessionalism and expertise cannot be higher. Very caring and the waiting areas are the bomb for kids and teens! I will be getting my invisalign from them soon, wow!
