Ostorage Smyrna

I had my stuff stored for almost 2 yrs and was paying extra for an interior unit, gated access, and supposedly better security. My unit was broken into and robbed because someone else did not lock theirs and the flimsy wall allowed for someone to easily look over and then climb over. I lost over $2000 worth of stuff. I asked the company what they were going to do and they were nasty, rude, and non helpful. They would not refund my fees paid (close to $1700) nor would they apologize. I asked to use their rental truck that sits vacant day in and day out to move my stuff out before more was stolen and they said I would have to pay for it. The manager at this unit is avoidant and rude, and the regional one, Kristy, is some flunky with a very stuck up rude attitude. None of them want to be bothered to help their customers and wouldn't even comply with the detectives working the case. They are having an investigative report done on 11alive on how shady they are and how poor the units are.
