The company was very professional in their presentation and scheduling of the job. Bryan clearly explained our decking options. They were very timely with the job performance, and excellent on installation and cleanup. The job manager, Federico was professional, personable and thorough in organizing the job. Carlos, the main installer, was clearly a pro at his craft and attentive to detail. We are very happy with the end product and every aspect of the process. They are certified installers for Trex. We decided on Trex Transcend in Tiki Torch, and our deck is beautiful. They do offer other composite decks should you desire. They are Trust Dale certified.

These guys might be great - just be aware I made an appointment with them two weeks ago in early March of 2016 to come to our house and provide me with options and an estimate. The day before they were supposed to show up I got an email indicating they have booked up their business for the foreseeable future so had to cancel (not reschedule) my appointment. I guess I respect the fact they are booked up (sign they have a healthy business) but I have now wasted the past two weeks when I could have had other contractors coming by to provide an estimate - I had been waiting for them first. So this company is not an option for any new business/customers for the foreseeable future.

Outback Deck apologizes for any delay in your project that may have occurred due to our overwhelming request for appointments at the time of your request and appreciates you considering our company for your work request. It became necessary, in order to provide the best long term customer care, that we had to sacrifice earning the potential customer whose request were not in our scope of work that required meeting code standards. As we are growing, our commitment to providing the quality build and aftercare has limited us to accepting only requests for service that are in our normal scope of work and meet code requirements. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We just had our 20 year old deck replaced by Outback Deck and we couldn't be more pleased. Bryan was superb in evaluating our needs and presenting the most comprehensive proposal we had seen. Rob was a great project manager who kept things on track to a final conclusion. I can't imagine a better built deck for any price. Thanks guys!

We had no deck but had an old wall of used railroad ties that had been in place for over 20 years. They had to be removed and replaced. What we got in its place, was a great looking stone wall nicely done and a great Fiberon Deck that looks great. Was not an easy project and we were not sure how it would all turn out, but we are very pleased in the final product. We are glad we choose Outback Deck and all the crews did great work.

Outback came to Savannah from ATL to do our Timber-Tech deck. Their design, workmanship, professionalism, and outcome all exceeded our expectations. Great to work with and great results. They know their stuff, and even left the yard better than the found it, not to mention the beautiful new deck!

I enjoyed working with Bryan and his team. I replaced my falling apart wood deck with TimberTech and the difference is astounding. It isn't a cheap product but since it's almost maintenance free and lasts 2-3 x longer than wood, it's well worth the cost, AND it looks so much nicer than my previous wood decks ever did. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality deck. Thanks Bryan.

I wanted a composite deck that would last through the years. Bryan used Tembertech on our deck and it looks fantastic - see pic with black railings on Kudzu website! We are so glad to have found such an outstanding contractor that is so committed to detail. He even designing the pergola! His crew really knows their business, and Bryan was always there when we had any questions. I highly recommend Outback Deck!!

Brian did a fabulous job with our deck, from working with us to find what we wanted that was within our budget to delivering a great product. The best compliment was when the building inspector told my husband "this is the way a deck is supposed to be built." On time, on cost, dedicated and dependable. We highly recommend him and will use him again.

Outback Deck rebuilt my three decks and reinforced my existing screened porch. They walked me through what they were going to do and kept me informed of any problems they encountered before proceeding with the work. The owner runs and maintains an excellent crew and keeps his clients informed of any changes to the crew or project adjustments to maintain the clients budget. I had my decks inspected by the county after completion and they were very impressed and pleased with the work performed and asked for the company's info to use as a referral for other clients.

There's a lot to like about doing business with Outback Deck.....the owner is highly involved in the project, they have years of experience and knowledge about decking products and construction, and I really felt they looked out for my best interests (and budget) with their solution. Another point here...I didn't realize how many regulations and safety guidelines there are with decks. The owner Bryan not only knows this area of the business thoroughly, he insists on employing these principles in his jobs. That's good business.

I enjoyed our conversations about "best practices" in each of our businesses. As you know, safety is the foundation upon which every responsible deck professional builds. The use of specific products and techniques as illustrated in the international residential code, serves to provide longevity and value on all of our projects for years to come. New product offerings enhance the aesthetic appeal of jobs but also provide consistency long-term when installed to manufacturers specifications. At Outback Deck we strive to continually perform at a high level and provide quality throughout our process so that each client feels confident in their new deck and its ability to stand the test of time! Thanks again for choosing Outback Deck to meet your needs on this project!
Bryan of Outback Deck was prompt, detail-oriented, and courteous. He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We have the best looking and structurally sound deck in the neighborhood. It was a pleasure and peace of mind to have his professional crew work on our project.

Rob, Thanks again! I'm thankful to have a crew that can make changes on the fly and deliver not only the code required elements that make your deck structurally sound, but also the detail design elements that give you a custom looks unmatched by any other in the neighborhood!
Charlie, Thanks for the kind words. It's always a good feeling to be able to work for people who appreciate quality and the little things (not that daily cleanup is a little thing!). Thanks again for placing your trust and confidence in Outback Deck!
Bryan and his team were nothing but professional from the time they proposed the project until its completion. Unlike most other builders we looked at, Outback's proposal gave us a detailed list of all materials, their cost, and what each was used for. Their attention to detail made us feel comfortable that we were getting our money's worth.
