i've been here several times, and they offer both good and bad service. you take your chances each time you go to outback. the food is hot some of the time, and the other times it tastes cold and is terribly oily. they really need to get their act together

My husband and I ate at the bar, the bartender(Brad) shorted us $50 in change. He denied doing that and management backed him up. If that wasn't bad enough, the bartender(Brad) made a lude sexual advance toward me. The manager called us the next day and offered a coupon. We will never dine there again.

I just wanted to report that we received excellent service at this restaurant this past Saturday. I have to say that the wait for a table was quite long but well worth it once we sat down. Our waiter was excellent and very attentive and my steak was cooked and seasoned perfect. We will be back!

A little bit pricey but the food is outstanding. It's always the same quality everytime which is rare at most restaurants. I value the consistancy. The servicew is OK but made up for by the food

We continue to go here for the outstanding food. The slightly spicy ranch dressing, the well marinated steaks...yum. Unfortunately, be prepared to run low on drinks, have long waits for servers to greet you or bring salads, and most of them aren't pleasant. So if you want the perfect steak, go to Outback, if you prefer better service, try LongHorn's or O'Charley's.
