Response to Freddy Barnett
OverTWO Customs has assessed the situation with your claim and found it unrelated to the work performed at the shop. The customers initial issue was addressed in the appropriate manner. Claims of mechanic negligence were dismissed after meeting with the customer after the time of incident to discuss the underlying cause of the vehicle malfunction with a 3rd party recommendation. Not only was the customer negligent on personal maintenance on the vehicle he also does not own a 955i Triumph. He does however own a 1998 595i to which the battery was installed backwards and 8 quarts of oil was added to the crankcase before arrival.
Over TWO Customs stands behind all service work performed, is licensed and insured in the state of Ga and takes all allegations otherwise very seriously.

They Do Not Stand Behind Their Work Got OverOnMe!
1998 Triumph Daytona 955I(1st time in shop)I first called these guys to come pick up my bike because the clutch was slipping and they went through the wiring to fix a faulty clutch relay.Picked it up and before I left the shop put 1/2 a quart oil in it. (2nd time in shop)I took it back that same day because it was not running right. Told him to go through the whole thing make sure it's running right. I put too much oil in it and Lorne the owner said it had 8 quarts of oil in it.Talked to the Triumph Dealer and shop manager told me that wasn't possible. Over2 went through the clutch area to see if they could see any damage he didn't and needed to look into deeper. Found shift forks and seals needed replaced. He had it for 3 months with excuse of parts not coming in to Jaimie the mechanic having to work his other full time job.Called me and found the clutch basket springs broke and some pin which he looked at it initially and looked over both. Went and picked it up and it blew up on me on the way home and coolant went all over the place. Will have to take to court because Lorne said he had too much time in my bike as it is and wouldn't charge me to look at it but he did say he didn't do anything to the top end. $1500 later.
