Good response time to call. Just sad that their door malfunctioned so quickly. Prior garage door lasted 10 years; this one less than two.

Overhead Door came to our residence the next morning after our phone call. The repairman was so honest- he could have charged us a ton for the service call. It was a very minor fix- he was done in 3 minutes, and charged the bare minimum $59. We could have easily been ripped off and we wouldn't have known the difference. Ours was a very facorable experience.

Have had three occasions to call Overhead Door Atlanta. Each time my exectations were exceeded. I was notified when the technician began the call before me, and received another call when he was on the way to my home.
Overhead Door Atlanta is honest in their evaluations and with their pricing. Based on my experiences I wouldn't consider calling any one other than this company when I need help or service for my garage doors.

called for service, wanted service they sent a salesman who was about useless, door was 4+ years old and a panel folded like a cheap suitwanted to sell me another door, said would email me the estimate for door and panel,came to find out a panel is $350+ labor, well that was 3 days ago..had 2 other "smaller" companies come out, both said they could fix it, one company did ..total $95Overhead Door, no calls, no follow up, NO NOTHING, as Clark H. says..customer no service
will suggest to everyone in our neighborhood, 168 homes, use the local guy not the "No Service " guy!!!
