Owen Jennings - Covenant Mortgage

As a real estate agent, one of the most critical parts of the homebuying process is working with a lender I can trust. I have worked with Owen on multiple deals over the last 18 months and he is great. It always brings a sense of relief when a client decides to work with him as I know it means a smooth, easy closing and happy clients. He knows what he is doing and always works very hard to make sure everything goes well and everyone is taken care of. Owen helped us turn a very difficult and lengthy process into a simple and easy transaction. In this difficult time of interest rate fluctuations, we are so grateful we chose the right person for the job. Everything else about purchasing our home was trying and it was awesome knowing that any questions about our loan would be answered very quickly and in a way that made perfect sense. Owen was available for last minute number crunching to help us make important decisions and was there to deal with the asinine attorney at our closing. All in all I can't think of another lender who would be willing to do all that Owen does for his clients.

Owen did a great job helping us out with our loan. With interest rates being in a state of flux as they have been this year, Owen provided us with specific advice and was very timely in communicating with us and responding to our questions - no matter how simple or anal-retentive that they were from me as a high maintainence homebuyer. I would recommend him highly and will definitely use his services again in the future.

The loan process with Owen was the easiest I've ever gone through. I got all of the numbers and figures I needed in a timely manner, and was able to do most everything online. I would definitely recommend using Owen for a home loan.

I met Owen through my realtor who spoke very highly of him. Being a 1st time home buyer, i was skeptic at first but Owen gained my trust and kept it. He was professional, offered great advice. He had and kept my interest at heart. I closed in a month and eveything went smoothly. I did eveything at my convenience over the internet & phone. I'm reccomending Owen as your loan officer!
