They installed $15,000 worth of windows 2 years ago. I know the windows are great for energy savings, but I can see daylight around the trim which defeats the purpose. I have taken the trim off several windows and used expanding foam and latex caulk to provide a weather seal. They used cheapest outside caulk: it has all cracked. Installers' sons caulked around inside trim when they replaced it but the work was terrible and sloppy. I had to follow behind to clean up their mess. They damaged stained wood trim when they removed it and just put it back up. When they put up new trim on one window their tools were obviously dull. Miter joints were raggedy and I had to pull those and fix them. They use only one installer. The last time I called to have him come back again, he never showed. I don't want him anyway because of the shoddy work. There was some subfloor water damage around one door that I had replaced, and I had them fix that, not knowing how awful their work was. It was winter and that area was real drafty afterwards. I pulled up the carpet and cut out some subfloor. I could see daylight! More shoddy work! I had to seal and insulate from the inside. Run away from this company!

We scheduled an estimate for windows w/ a rep. at the Ga. Home & Garden Show. No one showed up and no one called to cancel. However, after notifying the main company we had a rescheduled appt. Showed up on time, very nice and knowledgable and was authorized to give a discount for our previous missed appt. Windows appeared very sturdy and well insulated, but out of our price range.

Owens-Corning Living Solutions in Kennesaw has an exclusive in Atlanta to install "Water-Loov" gutter protectors. I wanted Water-Loov on my gutters, so I had to buy from them. Actually contacting a salesman was pretty difficult, but once I got them to come out to give me an estimate, I didn't need the hard sell that they put on me since I wanted their exclusive product (although their pricing for these gutter covers is simply outrageous.) But part of the deal was the service - to adjust the gutters and protectors as needed to eliminate overshoot. Ha! With the first heavy storm that came after installation, one of the downspouts came loose. I could forgive the install crew for not screwing the parts together; it's a small problem. But the service department isn't returning calls. I've lost track of the number of messages that I have left. But - even worse - now that I have seen the gutters in operation (did not see the storm that "broke" the downspout) I have water dripping from the fascia board behind the gutters on one side of my house. That is a *real* problem, not an easy fix like the downspout (which I have personally repaired.) I'll keep calling, but I don't think that I'll get satisfaction. I would *not* recommend Owens-Corning Living Solutions.
